hello all..

after all the tags from friends asking me to update my blog, I have finally decided to do so since I'm sitting here doing nothing much but chatting and slacking before turning in.

Somehow, I seem very prone to injuries since I started playing floorball in year 1. Sprained ankle, sprained shoulder and more to come. Last saturday, attended the Skools training as usual and it ended up with very little people turning up. The worse thing was that there was no goalies and resulted in Shahmeer sacrificing himself to play as goal keeper in order to make the training more interesting and meaningful. It ended up that during the 4 on 4 game, he had either dived and landed wrongly or he used the wrong method of throw-out, landed him in serious pain. Before that happened, clumsy me ran for a 50-50 ball with meiwen and I managed to get the ball but somehow I ran too close to the boards that I ended up hitting the board that was not connected and bulging. My stick flew and I fell and landed on the ground, using my wrist to break the fall, I sprained my wrist but now the doctor suspects something in my scaphoid. Need to return back for another follow-up for an x-ray to confirm the situation.

think that happened all last week but shall update you all again regarding sat and sun soon. too tired to do so now..lols

hols is here

hi again.. haven been really updating but what to do because I'm busy, I just could not find the time to do so. anyway, I'm already updating now so not much difference just that I never do so frequently.hahaha

firstly, It has been a rather free-and-easy week but at the same time was busy too as I have to concentrate more on my studies academically.tests, tests, tests and more tests and at the same time we have to go through the same basis everyday which is PBL learning. I'm already more or less used to the system but is getting sick and tired of the presenting modes which is through power point slides. Looking through these power point slides can really make you sleep and thus I think I need other interesting forms of presentation modes, in order to make lesson more interesting and enjoyable.

It has been a week whereby it seemed as though I'm an nyp student. Have been going to that school so frequently that it seemse like it's my own school. I have been heading there so many times a week is because I was told that we have some field soccer friendly with the ssoccer girls from the school team and so I decided to loan it from my cousin since she has a pair and is about the same size as me. Went down on monday but my cousin has already left school and so left it in the locker and I tried to open the locker but to no avail and decided to go down again on wednesday since I have no school and can head straight to school for the friendly after that. Went to look for fariza in one of the labs and then went to the canteen where wileen and the rest of the girls were waiting for her, before heading to town for their team dinner. so happening la their team...hahahaha

on friday, we were supposed to have the friendly but was postponed at the last minute due to some conference that they have to attend and was unable to make it back in time for the friendly. we decided to continue with the plan of going down for training instead we played some floorball but halfway with the game, alex came in to ask us to try out the bossaball instead since we were all so free. went to try out the bossaball and it was a whole lot of fun. all of us enjoyed the sport and got so addicted to the sport. the sport is interesting and it's more of a combination of many other sports other than volleyball.

saturday, no training and thus decided to go to the gym with fariza. we went to the gym at yck and then headed to queenstown to meet haz before heading to queensway to get some goalie top. we walked around and then decided to head to bugis to eat at banquet since fariza have cravings for something soupy and banquet was the choice. we went to the nearest banquet, after that went to the fatpipe shop in haji lane and then to the super heroes shop at bugis junction. after that, we headed home.

that's all folks. will update when the time is ripe again.haahaa

open house

another day of feasting on food and it seems that it's time to lose some weight.been eating and eating during the hari raya and feasting on the yummy-licious food that have been prepared for us. last week, we went to yati's house and today we went to shameer's house. He has gladly invited us to his house as part of the hari raya and quite a number of us went over. we arrived at his house at 2 plus and started eating and talking. We were gathered around the dining table as well as the living room area to talk and enjoy the food.

after enjoying the food, we headed to his room and there we saw widya and jasa in the room and we decided to park our bottoms on the sofa in his room and we started to talk and crap with each other.talking about all sorts of things that pops into our mind. at the same time, we were watching the tv that was in his room, showed the various goals that were scored during the past seasons. It was quite interesting to see how they scored and the difference in their loos in the past and now. They look so different as compared to now. Time flies and soon it was dinner time where lily has just arrived. sat in the room for a moment before we laid our hands on the food once again and this time I only ate a little because I could no longer fill it up.it was all occupied.. haha..after dinner, we continued sitting around and started bringing out some jokes to entertain us and we were rather entertained and was laughing non-stop with the different riddles and jokes that were brought up.

it was such an interesting day out.

cheers

it seems a bit late to update about pol-ite but still I will continue to update about it.

POL-ITE has finally come to an end!
I think that my team performed to their best in this season of pol-ite. I was able to see the effort that each individual put in to play as a team and achieve the goals that were set by the team.
Overall, the competition was a rather competitive and enjoyable one. Even though we had not manage to emerge as champions, like what we had aimed for but of course we had met our other team goal which is to get second in this pol-ite and indeed we were able to achieve that. To be able to emerge as champions would be a bonus to us I would say. I think that we are champions as long as we are able to play as a team and achieve great results which would do the school, coach, advisors, supporters as well as ourselves proud. I AM VERY PROUD OF MY TEAM. RP has the best ever floorball team..=))) Of course, I finally managed to score 1 GOAL in this entire season. feel so happy that I was able to achieve my personal goals=DD
No matter what, we still remained strong despite the ups and downs. we have done it!!! cheers =D

anyway, had lesson today and was feeling rather restless in class. think it was due to the energy that had been drained during the pol-ite period where all of us were running and playing our hearts out in order not to let our coach, advisor as well as ourselves down. Though we were given off days from training, I took the opportunity to support the soccer pol-ite in school yesterday evening at the sports complex. The match was quite exciting but of course boring at times because the ball just seems to fly as if they are playing tennis. Reached home around 2330 and showered of course and took a rest but today was feeling so lethargic and thus I decided to take a short break during the first break in class. anyway, lesson was rather stressful today that I didn't manage to take a proper lunch, just decided to eat some fruits and of course a cup corn that lasted me till 2000. that was like after watching the hockey pol-ite between tp and sp at nanyang polytechnic. Finally got to watch a hockey tournament and found it quite interesting and felt like getting onto the pitch to play.hahahaha.. newfound interest=P

last but not least,

just not my day

thursday was so not my day. the day started off nice with an interesting immuno lesson. it has always been fun and it's the most interesting class so far. The facilitator is nice because she never fails to explain the problem to us clearly and ensures that we understands the problem well. she also blends in well with the class too. the best thing is she jokes with us and the wa she conducts her lesson enables us to learn much better.

then had to meet my friends all in the canteen before heading off. not long after, I just remembered that I forgot to bring the key to the cabinet. it was the most important key and then i just cabbed home the moment I remembered about it and cabbed back and I spent $22 DOLLARS solely on cab fare. madness..first time i cab home alone too. this month I never shop but instead I spend it on transportation. cant believe myself spending 22 bucks on cab fare. I had expected something bad already because my eye had been twitching before class ended and also before I left home, I had a feeling that I forgot to bring something but just that I could not remember what I had forgotten and true enough it was the cabinet key.

friday was nothing much but the morning was somehow different.haha.. met up with mc and meiwen as usual but with additional people too, phillicia, joreen and vernon as well. First time they reach so early and had breakfast with us. talked quite a bit before heading off to class where they had their ut and we had lesson. lesson was bad. took so long to understand but still never understand fully but partially. goodness, applied chem this sem is the most killer module.

POL-ITE is coming and it is just 1 and a 1/2 days away. It's approaching like it's just one-and-a-half minutes away!

alrights, think that's about all.update again

hi hi hi....

long time since I really sat down and pen down my thoughts. It's either I can't find the time to or too to type it out or i'm just plain lazy to think and type down anything. pester and pester but still to no avail because I just can't seem to find the right mood to blog.

anyway, if i were to blog down everything that had happened, it would seriously take a thousand pages.(plain exaggeration). haha

many had happened, both good and bad, happy and sad, dissapointment and satisfaction. Some are explainable but some are not because I am just affected too deeply. Put that aside, the past week have been a fruitful one and of course quality time spent.

Actually, I would like to emphasize on saturday because it was a day where most of us lunch-ed out together as one at Holland V. Holland V has nice and delicious food but of course the price would be expected too. After a filling lunch, all our stomachs were filled to the brim and decided to head for town to do some "window" shopping but instead, we spent on at least one item each.goodness..spending spending spending. its really time for me to save up. maybe.. i shall skip a meal each day so that I can save up? otherwise I will feel guilty for spending.output but no input. wow.!

after shopping for quite some time, all were feeling tired and all and so we decided to find a place to sit down but still found no place to sit because we had not want to hog up the seats that people would want to dine in. since we are all considerate people, we decided to go elsewhere but in the end we ended up shopping at far east. walked around quite a bit and soon all were seriously tired and can walk no more and so went to subway where some of them ate there. Shortly after, we left and went upstairs to meet the guys as they had decided to break their fast upstairs together and there was a huge group of them there though.. Ate the yummy food but something disgusting happened.... shall not tell though..feel sick the moment i think about it...

wells..this week had the first test of the semester but it din go well i guess. i'd not be surprise if i score badly for this first ut because i exppected it already.. guess i would just need to put in more effort and study for the rest of the uts that would be approaching in the upcoming week. Expectations that were set for myself have not yet been met but no harm trying. but the first test had just proven otherwise... grades are sure to be affected then..what to do..

anyways, guess that's all till now. shall update again soon.hee

I might not show but I indeed care and love.

-Dedication corner-

* my grandfather, do get well soon and stay strong and heallthy *

one week

hello...

once again, it's been long since I last updated this online journal of mine. probably due to the start of the new semester and was trying to adapt back to the schooling system. getting up as early as 6.15am and by 7am, my butt would already be out of the house. reaching to school as early as 8am, meeting as usual for breakfast. brand new semester in a new class with majority of new classmates. all seems to be nice people but I have yet to know them better.

since school started, I have been reaching home the earliest by 7pm or otherwise the earliest would be by 12 midnight on training days. the release time is as late as 4.30pm and thus start late and by the time we wait for people to finish showering, it'll be late. the first lesson of the modules so far are still manageable and quite easy to understand but am still unsure if the subsequent problems will be as relax. these modules seems to be quite interesting but it's just the beginning.haaa

Wednesday, went for my interview in order to complete my PP report on time. interview had to be done as soon as possible because he seems to be going overseas often and it's really hard to find time whereby both him and I are free for this project. finally managed to interview him after many emails that I have sent him and managed to get hold of the information I required. hopefully the information that I gathered through the interview session would be of much help to the 2000word long PP report. Hope to finish it soon but doubt so yet as I have lots to read up and research before getting down to serious work. probably finish at least one-third of the report first I guess.=))

think that's about all this week.update you soon(when i find the time to.ha)

more gatherings

since I returned from the trip, I have been going out with my floorball mates for consecutively 2 more days.

Yesterday, met karmun in town for her haircut before heading down to pasir ris to meet sheryl to go her house. she has kindly allowed us to go her house and cook dinner as well as bake muffins but apparently, we had not succeeded in baking of the muffins because there was a sudden change of plans at the last minute. skinny bones(coach) rang up sheryl and told us to meet her at east coast park in 30 mins time when we were happily bitching around the dining table. We were stunned for a minute and then all started to get into action by clearing the tables, dishes, mopping the floor and all. All were done in less than 30mins with "teamwork" as the key to all. Cabbed down to eas coast park to meet skinny bones and her dog and lame-ed around more.
After she left, we slacked more at macs till around 11 plus before cabb-ing home with yati and peiling. sucha long and tiring day there. btw, it's my first time cooking so much can.

Today, meeting up with my floorball mates again in town for more shopping. bought myself a adidas shoebag and nothing else because I have decided not to spend so much since I spent alot last month. shopped around, dinner together at the stage area outside taka with sham, philly, duck, yati, karmun, gerri, sheryl, peiling and I. It just seems like we would die if we never met for one day.hahahaha

that's all folks.

KL trip

hey tooties...

guess it’s time for me to update since I had not updated it before I went for the trip
The trip was the best and the most memorable trip even though it was so-called a training trip, we had equivalent amounts of fun too.haa
Let’s start it from Day 1.
Assembled in school as early as 7am to wait for the arrival of our dear advisor, coaches and the bus, told that the bus would be leaving as early as 7.30am but apparently at 7.30, none of the above mentioned had reached and so we our coach since she was still not here yet. We found out that she was still at home.WOW! All of us boarded the bus with our hearts bursting with excitement. Took a couple of pictures before departure from our school, took some on the bus and on the way there. The time taken for us to arrive at KL is much longer than the time we take to come back. We never knew the reason why but that was what we found out. The first day was the most tiring day because upon reaching KL, we found that our hotel were not ready for us and so we headed straight to the court for trainings. Should understand how we felt the moment we reach the court.hahaha
We are super-ly pampered kids la. We have to fix the boards which are of worse condition as compared to the boards we have here, the court is also in a not-so-good condition but can still be used. Training on the first day seems to drain us of our energy totally only after 1 hour of the training. Guess we are still not used to the court.

Day2
Started off with a sumptuous buffet breakfast, returned back to our room for a short rest till about 10am where we headed off to the place for all of us to bond as a team. PAINTBALL.(stimulated version of counter strike) was a super fun game and we even got to play in the rain and I seriously think my fingers are too long, keep getting shot at my fingers area. Was the part that was the most memorable because we managed to have fun and also at the same time experience real-life counter strike.
Showered back at the hotel and prepared our minds and bodies for the friendly that we are going to have against the Malaysian team. Their guys are super skilful and fast.mamposs..had problems chasing them and stealing their ball but after the first period we got used to their style and managed to steal their balls quite a number of times. The friendly was well played even though we lost, we managed to work on our defence and also attack. Friendly was just for us to experience.

Day3
Given more rest time and this time I had not showered in the morning because was too cold to get out of bed and decided to rest more. Got up and washed up and met the rest in the lobby for breakfast. After breakfast, had to prepare ourselves for morning training and at training, we did some light training and played some games. Played some reaction game as well as hunter, squirrel and forest. Had fun and quite a number of us had to do forfeit for not being able to fund shelter or squirrel.funny game though.haa
Returned back to hotel after training and showered before heading for lunch and the longest break time. We were given time to shop as well as lunch and had to include at least an hour of nap but apparently all of us took at least 1 and a half hours of nap. Headed off for friendly with almost the same people again and then returned to hotel for shower and met at joreen’s room. Prepared for ruyi’s birthday celebration and went to her room after she showered to sing her a birthday so touched her heart can…hahaha
After everything, we went to karmun’s room and lied on her bd and talked though I was half conscious, we still stayed there till 2.45am before returning to our rooms. Yati,Sheryl, karmun, joreen and I were lying on the same bed chatting till the wee hours.

Day4
Got up later that the day before as we were given a longer rest and then was breakfast again. After breakfast, met at janelle’s room and did some team talk and ruyi and Janelle talked quite a bit till around 10plus before all of us headed back to our rooms to pack and met to do our last shopping before returning back to Singapore in the afternoon. Walked around and bought the stuff that we wanted and then rushed to secret recipe for the cheese cakes.mmmmhmm..delicious
After that, rushed back to my room and collected my baggage before meeting at the lobby to depart from KL.

Overall, the trip was a memorable and enjoyable one. It enabled us to bond more closely to one another in the team, even with the coach and advisor. We also gained more playing experience. No regret planning for this trip.

town again

hey tooties...

anyways, today is a day with a good weather to sleep in.was raining heavily and all, feels so cosy to be home. was cosy but still I have to get out of bed because the sun is already out but then due to the clouds and all, it is hidden.hahaha.. got up and took a shower to get ready to go out as I had an appointment with my fellow team mates to go to Queensway to place order for the shirts at the printing shop for the malaysia trip which would be the next week. feeling all excited but at the same time super busy can. preparations for the trip is madness. bought some stuff and went to place the order but the fonts that we had initially planned to use were not usable and readable in the owner's computer and thus we had to come back and send to her through mail.

after that, sheryl, k, sham and I left queensway and headed to town. went to cineileisure and met philly there before proceeding to the apple shop to get both out ipods done up but sad to say, mine is not save-able because it is out of warranty and I would need quite an amount of money to get it done.decided on not doing anything to it and letting it be.hais
walked around for a while and sheryl had to head off for work and so we had decided to head towards the place of our cravings."aunt annie's".haha..it's been long since I had aunt annie's with philly. remembered the time we had it together, quite funny though.hahaha.. after that, shopped around taka for awhile to look at more food and get tempted but did not buy anything in the end. left taka and bought some old chang kee and headed for STARBUCKS.for your information, it's the second time I stepped into starbucks in a week. we slacked there, talked, laughed and shared about ourselves.super-ly-duper-ly humorous.haha

time was not wasted but wisely spent though money was spent too..hahaha.good time out together.how about..

*I like strawberry but don't like kiwi*

revolving around floorball

hey tooties...

guess it's time for me to update more about my weekends now. as the girls floorball tem had been suspended from using any sport facilities in school for training due to one of our team mates being caught wearing slippers to school, we had to stop training for one week and so we have not been training as a team for one whole week. that is, seven days, 168 hours, 10080 minutes or 604800 seconds. that is a very long time. it might seem long but time flies you see..hee

on friday, we had friendly with the mjc guys team at valhall. the flooring is good and full of friction but the court is super small, plus it is stuffy and the friction is killer. too much friction might make us fall. we might not slip and fall but we can trip and fall at that court. guess we are just not used to the court.no doubt, we still did well!! *claps, well done everyone*

saturday, left house around 12 to meet the rest at somerset at 1 and as usual, I would be the punctual one and so decided to grab some bites. bought some subway cookies that would be my lunch for the day and true enough, all were late except for peiling who was already waiting there for us. hahaha..as usual, we will wait for the rest to turn up and ya, hey reached around 2 which is 1 hour later than the meeting time.imagine meeting them at 2, they will turn up at 3..
hahaha.
since our dear miss wee needs to get her sandals, we went to find it at heerens and the size that she wanted was not in stock and after checking with all the outlets, she managed to find it in the outlet at cathay and so we bus-ed over with her to get it. we then met peipei there and went back to taka to meet the rest before the floorball carnival. we reported at 3.45 and waited for like at least 4 hours before the start of our match.my goodness!!! the first match was rather scary because it's been long since the last 3-on-3 tournament and of course I felt butterflies in my stomach, especially being the last man as the job of the last man is rather important, which is to defend the palace.
we won the first few matches but lost one as a result of penalty shootout but it was a good game though. we managed to reach the semi-finals and compete for the third and fourth position but ended up getting the fourth position as we were super-ly tired from the continuous games and the fact that we could not see the ball properly.our opponents were rather stong too, an aggressive bunch of players man. as a result, CONGRATS to Skools 1789 and RP Whooooo for getting second and fourth position respectively. went to eat together after the prize presentation at Food Republic with some skools players and we were having so much fun together, joking, crapping, discussing and lastly making a fool of ourselves there. had so much fun and joy hanging out together!!

sunday, the last day of the floorball carnival. the guys under-19, ladies and mens open category. there were quite a number of exciting matches and we enjoyed loitering from court to court watching and enjoying the exciting matches. was there since the morning at 9am in the morning. that explains the red-ness of my arms and my face. Congrats to team Palabim Palaboom for coming in third in the under-19 category, both the skools teams in the open mens category and lastl to team sweethappysoda of the ladies open category.
* All of you did and played well. cheers *

sorry for the previous post..hee..it's super-ly- duper-ly long but I can't help it because it's a long day!!

hee=))

out for a spin

wow!! guess today best marks the start of my holiday. had decided to not go home so early since there is no school tomorrow because I would be bored to the core if I were to go home straight after school and so decided on going out since duck agreed on driving me home after that. she wanted to go pasir ris and so I decided to go along since I have nothing to do either.

Just before school ended, my secondary school teacher suddenly talked to me, which left me puzzled. wooo..she asked me how was I and where was I studying. How was I coping with my studies and all and then she was telling me how much different the students are now as compared to us in the past. she enjoyed teaching us so much in the past that she misses us that much. no worries, I'm sure that I will go back and visit you all soon. I seriously miss you man... anyways, talked and then my phone rang and that signalled that it's time to go down and meet up before heading off to pasir ris. ended the chat and it ended with her leaving me her contact number and told me to message her when I'm free. left me in shock though cos she gave it out of her own will this time without me asking. *think she seriously misses me * lols

we headed off from school around 4 plus 5 and then sent her friends to the interchange and headed straight to downtown east and guess what, we reached there without much difficulty but of course along the way, something funny occurred... reached early and thus decided to go to century square for some food and we settled with some snacks at cafe cartel. While at the carpark, usually the drivers have to stretch their hands out to collect the coupon and so duck stretched and guess what, she could not reach and asked me to get for her, in the end I did not cos I hadn’t thought of opening the door and collect it and eventually, she collected it by opening the door, walk out and press the button. Super-ly funny can.. after that, decided to go back to white sands since yati was almost done with her coaching and so left. this was the part which was funny. We were rather confident that we were going the right way and karmun was confident with how to go and thus we kept turning to the left and very few right turns were made. We ended up further from our destination instead of nearing, which was going to bedok, to eunos, khaki bukit and then back to tampines. We went round the same place 3 to 4 times but still was at that same area and decided to call yati. Before that, we stopped at some place to calm down and figure out how to get there but still to no avail and all our bladders were bursting and rocks are forming. Had initially waned to ask ruyi for help but dumped that idea. Decided that yati was a good choice and…guess wad, it was rather simple, just that we got confused and were lost.hahahaa.

This is seriously my longest ride in Singapore. Singapore is so small yet so big!!! After about 2 hours of driving, poor ducky finally managed to get to the destination initially.

In conclusion, I think that maybe we should be out with people who knows the road quite well as compared to people who knows almost nuts about the direction and roads. Funniest thing that took place was we went round this same old roundabout 4 times and listened to the same songs for at least 3 times.can you imagine that? heee

*I miss secondary school and can’t wait to go back*
*Debbie do recover fast from the injury*
*Hairin also has to recover and strengthen faster so as to join us*
*peipei do get well soon and recover from your flu*

the pesta sukan the past weekend was an eye-opener and an experiential game for us all to watch and experience. I was playing for youths for the first qualifying match against NTU storm and we managed to maintain our position in the competition by ending off the game with a scoreline of 7 - 1. that meant that we would be competing against LMFC in the qualifying rounds in order to get into the semi-finals round, which we think that there would be a low possibility but we decided that we keep the scoreline low by playing a very defensive game but at the same time we still attack well.

In the end, they won over us with a score of 6-2, a win over Youths. Overall, i think that my line played well despite playing with each other for the first time as well as playing the new formation, which to me is quite stressful and scary. The competition still continued on sundays, where the finals were played between OSB Owls and LMFC. Really intensed match man! We supporters were like falling over the parapet if there wern't any glass around to prevent so. you can hear the cheer as well as excitement when the owls scored goals as well as miss slightly.they won that match and got into the finals with Motorola Pink Flamingoes which was also another tough match despite the limited number of players that turned up, pinkies still did well but the owls defended tight and managed to win over the team. The owls then emerged as the champions this year for pesta sukan.

Anyway, the OWLS are the overall champions. Congratulations, to all the players of OSB Owls. You all did a great job and hung on tight which showed your never dying spirit to fight on!

guess that's all folks.
time to sleep=))

So as you can see, the layout is finally done with a TAGBOARD.
Finally people can tag and I can reply.
Really all thanks to K who do this.
Although the layout is simple it's the thoughts that count.
SHE IS THE BEST! :D

Hmmm, Pesta this saturday I'm so nervous. It's alright, I'll put in
101% and play with all my might and I know we can do it!

So today I went queenstown with K and her company is GREAT!
I think life without her will be such a bore. I think Msia trip
will DEFINITELY be very fun with her around :D :D :D :D
I think K slim down a lot since the first day she join floorball.
The training must have done her some good.
Well, unlike SOMEONE who has been consistently
putting on weight. HAHAHAH. Hor sheryl?
Hehehe. Okay la, JOKING!

Alright, I think I'll stop here. People tag my board more often
and I will try to update this blog more often too!
Take care of your head, neck, shoulders, elbow, arms, hands, fingers,
groin, thighs, knees, feet and toes.
Love you people and K is the best! Hehehehehe.

sundaysomeday

hey tooties...

As always, I always make weird dreams that never come true and seems rather illogical and nonsensical but this time round it somehow came true partially.haha

it goes like this..... think the whole floorball team were at some event held at a place where there was a stage and in open areas and we were all required to be sat on the floor. since that was when hairin had just gotten injured, in a way, she should not be sat on the floor, cross-legged with the rest. indeed she was sitting cross-legged somewhere in front of me. suddenly yati and yanzi ask me something like where is hairin and why is she sitting on the floor? "I though she injured, how to sit on the floor with you all?" I asked hairin to go over since they were asking for her and true enough she limped over and upon reaching before them, she started jumping like no tomorrow. that simply means that she recovered completely and even better than before.

since saturday was a day where I had skools training, as usual, I reached school the earliest at about 8.30am when I was supposed to reach at 9 and found the court locked so decided to get some biscuits and raed my book, at the same time listening to my mp3, while waiting for the court to be unlocked by someone with access. after training, as usual went to shower and after showering I received 2 messages, one from hairin and the other from sheryl. sheryl got punked because she had not come for training due to the tired-ness. hairin's message read " guess what! I can walk already..WOO HOO" hahaha. at that point I recalled the dream and indeed part of it came true. where she was able to walk and condition have improved but not as crazy as she appeared in the dream where she jumped in joy.hahaha

*dedications*

~ hairin : hope you recover soon and would be able to join us in training as well as have the equivalent amount of fun we are having when we go to KL together. - take care & speedy recovery-
~ granny : pain would naturally come when we get old, bear with the pain and live long. I will always be loving you
~ allmyfriends : near or far, close or distant, you have not been forgotten just because we seldom get to meet but all of you are always in my heart=))

above all, you deserve my love=))

n_n

hey tooties...

it's been really really long since I last updated my blog. haha, sonce like 1244368759 years la.
anyway, the week has been good but not good at the same time. sounds contradicting huh? haha.. it has been good because I have been having trainings and fun in school and also at home. was able to find some time of catch up with my cousins and relatives but still I think that there is room for more catching up sessions.

the bad things are that my eyes have been twitching alot of late and seriously non-stop. wondering what is up with it, whether it is a good or a bad sign. perhaps, it's a signal to me that something is happening soon but no idea positive or negative. think all that I can do now is to stay positive and be grateful for all that is given to me. According to reena, she says that I am very scary because I am prone to falls and never fail to fall every training I attend, regardless whether it is not serious or not so serious, I will fall. I totally agree to that but I just can't help it. I personally do not like to fall thoug because it is the dumbest thing to happen to anyone but it is just uncontrollable. I seriously need to get my legs done or else I would be some ticking time bomb in the team(according to hairin)=))

weirddream

hey tooties...

I had a weird dream last night. The start of the dream was my eyes were itching and painful and no matter what I did, the itch still remained. Like usually, people would use eye mo to rid of the itch. I decided to use the same method but it did not seem to work and so I continued rubbing and eventually worsen the pain. Suddenly, someone appeared and told me to submerge my eye in coke and that it would help. Believing in what the person said, I did exactly that and indeed I recovered. How weird was that dream la. How would coke cure itchiness of the eye when it would in fact corrode my eye instead.hahaha.so weird please=O

hey tooties..

back to updates again.. after not being able to attend church for so long, I have finally resumed to norm by attending church start of today.the feeling of going to church felt so good after not being able to do so for such a long time.I have stopped going since the start of the league games till now and have not attended church since I have been too exhausted and burned out from the trainings that I have. Being able to commit myself back to him feels nice and good because he lightens up my heart.

after church-ing with my brother by attending the service at 8am, service ended at 9.40am and so I accompanied my brother to bpp to buy stuff and food before heading to woodlands as I had intended to watch the div 3 league matches that were held in Republic Polytechnic.less than half the floorball team came down to support the guys for the match.met meiwen, mc, hazmi, alfee and ahmad in cwp macs first as I was still waiting for duck and karmun, before heading to school to watch the match.reached school around 11.45 but the match had not started as expected, probably because the referee was late. The first match was between RP and some pingyi secondary and the match was quite nice. The score was good with a great score difference. I'm sure that they had trained hard enough and the results were showing. This shows that the training that they have been undergoing were worth it all and that it had paid off. It was a really good start for RP as they played well.

think that's all folks.will update again soon if I can find the time=))

hey tooties...

I'm finally bear to update my blog after not doing so for so long, after all the bugging from my friends I've finally decided to update my blog.

The past week has been a very packed and busy one though. From Monday till Saturday, I had training with Thursday as an exception. Out of 5 days of training, 4 were court and 1 was physical. As the girls team had decided to ask wilson to lead us for physical, we were told to run 3 rounds of 1.5km, clocking a time of 9min30s. When I heard that, I was shocked because I have never ran so fast before. My confidence level at that point of time was low but I never gave up instead I performed my best in order to clock the time. All three rounds were with the time limit with variation but it gave me a sense of achievement for being able to clock such a timing.

During training, I was nicknamed "spoilmarket".(only people who were there knows why)
Then we had friendly with Combined Skools team. Before that, I was asked by coach to bring the team for 2 rounds of jogging, with a distance of 3km. Afterwhich, we returned to court for warm-ups before the friendly match. During the match, I was feeling super lethargic and it seemed that I was rather screwed during the match. From the way the singapore skools players play, with comparison to the previous time, they have improved tremendously and had wonderful play-ups. Their way of play was commendable.

Think that's all about it for last week and would update soon...

* Wish you all the best in your league games and win as many games as possible*

mug-ness

hey tooties...

here I am to update this blog again ever since I last updated. I shall update all about my past week. hahahaha..It's finally that I got this free time to type out this entry and that I finally found back the instinct to blog again. Not nice to let it collect dust after creating it but it's just that the laziness just overtakes me..=))

anyways.. the past week has been a rather stressed, long, boring but fine week for me. I have been like studying since the weekends for the upcoming understanding tests that have been scheduled one after another the whole week. As I take an additional elective subject, I do not have any free days because the day isoccupied by the elective module. I chose to do it and so I shall not complain so much but the stress is really quite unbearable. It just reminds me of secondary school when I studied for the national examination. I felt that this was worse because there were so many science terms to understand and remember. Furthermore, an additional ingredient that added to the stress was the endless floorball trainings. Trainings are like mondays to saturdays with thursday exceptional but I skipped both the guys training because I needed to like focus on my studies before I get a GPA which I would regret and blame on myself for not doing well enough. Every training would start after school ends at 6 and ends approximately 9.15 plus minus, depending on what time the coach wants to call it a day. As usual we would cool down, talk, team talk, cheer and lastly go change. After changing have to like wait for this, wait for that before heading off to the central for dinner. Dinner always takes close to 45 mins and by the time I reach home, it's always close to midnight and I have to study for the test the following day. All would end at about 2am the latest before I head to bed and this has been continuing for the past whole week.

It was kind of hard to cope but I have to try to in order to juggle between studies and sports since both are of importance. I try to put more effort in my studies but the results always showed otherwise. haha.. what do to, maybe I'm not fated with A grades but the rest or perhaps I did not put in enough effort.

Saturday was a long day for me as I had to get up as early as 7.30 to prepare to go for training that starts at 9 in the morning. madness la.. fancy me getting up so early on a saturday morning, but for the sake of training and enjoyment. training on saturday was good but tiring cos there were not many people. At least there were goalies this time round. haa
After training, all showered and headed off to causeway for lunch and talked and slacked till 3+ then left. On the way home, dad rang me up asked me if I wanted to go to hospital and so I decided to go. Alighted from the bus along upper bukit timah road and waited for him to fetch me to sgh. Stayed there till 9pm and then cabbed home. talked, accompanied and played with my cousin, aunty and my nephew. He changed so much since the time I last met him, became so much talkative and handsome. hurr

think that was all about it that occurred last week. Nothing major just a small incident ba. Hope you recover soon=)) all will be fine =)))
Look forward to the week to come.heee

off-day

hey tooties...

It's been a rather slacky day for me since I got up in the morning. Sat right in front of my lappy, view blogs, tag, listen to music, chat and check mails. It's been my daily routine since I entered RP last year. Hogging the lappy like nobody's business but it gets bored when there is no one to disturb or talk to.

Towards late afternoon, prepared for bbq and as usual, I would be the first to arrive and many know that I am always either punctual or early. Melvin had organised a bbq for a gathering of the floor-ballers, both from the girls and the guys team to celebrate the last day before he enters into NS to serve the nation. It's nice of him to organise such a gathering for us. Quite alot turned up but I think few are staying over probably because of the preview of the boot-camp they will be having in september.

Left quite early as my dad had come to pick me up and also since it's on the way, he was nice enough to send brendon home.

THANK YOU LOADS,MELVIN, FOR THE BBQ THAT SERVES AS ANOTHER GATHERING OF THE FLOOR-BALLERS!!

long long ago

hello tooties...

this blog has been collecting centuries of dust and I think that it's time that I update it otherwise it'll go stale. hurr

have got lots of things to update but I don't know how to update about it cos there are tonnes and tonnes of it.haa

anyways, I have just turned 18 recently and thanks to all the wishes.hee.. Love all of you guys even though I have not been meeting up with you guys, You are definitely not forgotten. On 2nd June, actual I-can-watch-M18-movies day, I was at home in the day but in the evening went out for dinner with my family. Was supposed to go eat at Sakae at WM but changed plans to Sakae at Changi Airport as my brother had to go to some Mayday Concert at Expo. wE went changi because it's more convenient and he can join us for the dinner. Upon arriving at Changi Airport, we went up to the level where all restaurants are located and we chanced upon Fish&Co instead of the original idea of Sakae. We decided to chnge location since I have not been to Fish&Co before. Sat down and looked through the menu... Had problems with what to eat and so each of us just chose one and shared among ourselves.

The ambience there was powder-ful and FABULOUS man!! The portion of food was huge, humongous and plenty. I was filled to the max till I could not possibly feed myself the next day. Took some pictures and all but haven got the time to post it up. haa

Sunday, was lazing at home in front of the computer screen when alfee asked if I wanted to go town and meet them late afternoon after his bike license. I thought that it was a good idea since I'm really free that day and decided to go. Met them at orchard train station at 5 even though the actual meeting time was 4.30. I got their msg at 4.10 telling me that they are meeting 4.30 at orchard. Lucky thing was I asked Jun Wei and left home like long ago and when I received the msg, I was already reaching. haha
we then went to taka and bought like some choco den off to far east for subway and decided to go somewhere to slack since we had ample time. Decided on Clarke Quay and headed there. found a nice spot to sit and soon enough we were falling asleep and so reena and I got up and walk walk in the mall, at the same time looking for some munchies. then returned and this time round, mw came along too think cos the guys are all busy meddling with their psp. ha
took some pictures, emo pics, un-glam pics and all.

those were just what took place recently lo. cant possibly blog down the rest as it's just way way too much to be penned down.

hey tooties...

have been away for quite some time and has been busy so have not been updating constantly.
I have just returned from a 4 days 3 nights chalet at the aranda club. The first day was more of a mess cos there were many things to settle and some were not cooperative but towards the end of that day, had lots of fun cos of the game that sponge introduced to us. It may seem like gambling but mind you, we were not gambling. The whole lot of us consisting of yanzi, yati, sponge, jun wei, hafiz, vervon, alfee, hazmi and melvin were playing the game that was like blackjack but it wasn't. Each player is given 2 cards and given an opportunity to change one of the cards from the deck. The person with the least number upon adding gets to do a forfeit but imitating the actions of a sea creature or an animal.
The rest were up in the chalet enjoying watching the dvd provided by liying and busy playing mahjong.

The rest of the days were mostly occupied with mahjong and from the chalet, I have learnt how to play mahjong all thanks to the mahjong queens at the chalet. It was them who taught us how to play mahjong and on the last night when some of them drank, liz got all high and while playing mahjong, she was sober but making lots of noise. hahaha.
Afterall, it was fun and enjoyable. After some time of mahjong, I got all tired and decided to go to bed while the rest of them continued but invented new games using the mahjong set. They playes snap and donkey till the wee hours of the day while the rest were already fast asleep.

the chalet was a nice and enjoyable one but could have more fun if we were able to go to the wild wild wet which had seemed so tempting to us as we looked out of our balcony.

fifth day of new year

hey tooties...

the chinese new year has been a really fruitful and enjoyable one to me. It's also a time where all the cousins get together as a whole and catch up with one another after not meeting for so long. Espeially the cousins on the maternal side. I have not been seeing them as often as my sister due to the competitions and trainings. Miss the gatherings due to trainings and competitions and all but it was nice to gather again and play games together. We managed to bond with one another and enjoyed one another's company and presence. the fun seems to have come to an end now as there has been lesser people coming to my house to "bai nian".

my family decided to buy the "yu sheng" which we cantonese call it " lou hei ". we had all gathered around the table and prepared to do the " lou hei " as a family. the atmosphere was the best of all because it was a situation whereby we shout and verbalise all forms of prosperous words and while in process of the " lou hei " and my siblings and I were having fun because I started to put the things on my sister's hand and my brother then followed suit. hahaha...
my sister then tried to put on myhand but she went overshot and it landed on my grandmother's hand and onto the table. My mum den said, " jialat , lou dao man di dou shi ". haha.. the way she said it made my sister and I laugh non-stop.

overall, today was quite alright for me but the trying of uniform kind of turns me away from working there anymore. whaha

chinese new year

hey tooties...

the festive season that most chinese have been long awaiting for has finally came and it is the day where we receive givings and red packets from the elderly people and where we would feast on delicious-yummylicious food cooked by my relatives.

on every first day of the new year, my family would always set off to visit my relatives first which is my grandfather's brother, somewhere in commonwealth and then to my grandmother's house located in ghim moh. this year, there was a slight change in plans where we went to my youngest auntie's house first, then to the second eldest which was a pit-stop for lunch and then lastly to my maternal grandparents place. it was a time of catching up and enjoyment amongst all the cousins whereby we enjoy ourselves by engaging in a time of joy and excitement. we played the game "ooga" which resulted in the chaos happening. the party game made everyone look funny though it was a brainless game. we then proceeded on with another game while the adults were busy with the karaoke session in the living room. the main purpose of the games were to keep the young adults and kids occupied instead of falling asleep due to the boredom engulfing us.

after the enjoyment, we left and proceeded to the coffeeshop opposite my house for dinner where we feasted on the finger licking good food. yumyum
after dinner, we headed back to my house and of course once again started playing another game which was "ticket to ride" wherey we have to strategise on the best route and score as many points as possible by building the correct routes and completing the allocated routes.

think this new year season would result in me putting more weight.chinese new year is an occasion whereby we eat and eat and eat non-stop.
guess I'll have to start gym-ing when I return back to school to lose some calories.hahahaha

that's all for today. I have to go off already and prepare for tomorrow where many people would be coming over. another day of feasting and enjoyment.!

chinese new year eve

hey tooties...

It's the chinese new year eve today. Woke up in the morning, finding the house very busy as I had woken up late cos I'm too tired from the previous night. Left east coast park around 11 and found that it was too late for me to hop onto the last train and so I decided to take a bus with sponge all the way to clementi. Luckily, Ihad sponge who lives somewhere near the west. I took the bus with him and alighted at clementi. Then I had my dad to come fetch me from there which I reached home around 12.45.

The eve of chinese new year is quite boring as I had nothing much to do but to slack it away. After that, I had decided to make some jelly goodies to treat people who will be coming to my house for visiting during the new year season. After the jelly making, played around with my stick for a while and then took a shower to prepare for the reunion dinner. Had a rather sumptious meal prepared by my mum but before that, while waiting My siblings and I had played a bit of the board games before indulging ourselves in the saliva-dripping meal. That was all for the eve of chinese new year.Think I have to help prepare for the day of Chinese New Year later before the clock strikes mid-night and have some kind of enjoyment later.

Wish all of you a Very Happy Chinese New Year and a fruitful year ahead!

hey tooties...

It's been long since I last updated my blog and this is a month after the last entry. This is going to be a long long entry so please bear with it. Read on if you are able to take it.hahaha=P

A short update about the soccer friendly we had with the soccer girls and the results at the end of the match was satisfying. We obtained a 3-3 draw against them and we are of course very satisfied with the results because we as floorballers have no basic idea about soccer and seemed to start from basics on that day itself. Instead of using the soccer techniques which the soccer girls have, we made use of strategies and used appropriately and that was how we scored all 3 goals. The soccer girls are no gentle people!! hahaha. Guess that's about it for soccer.

Moving on, I'm going to talk about the celebration and advanced celebration of alfee and iylie's birthday. I'd started the day off with awakening early in the morning at around 8.30 due ti the fact that the kindergarten kids are practising and rehearsing the CNY songs they are going to sing upon the arrivl of the guest of honour. Was tired but couldn't get to sleep as the song has been rooted deeply in my head that it keeps playing in my head, refraining me from getting back to sleep. Tried and tried and managed to get another hour of sleep but was awoke again as the real event has commenced. Woke up and prepared myself to go to vivo-city for job hunt but had to abolish the idea as my brother had wanted me to accompany him to town to get some board games to keep my cousins and I company during the Chinese New Year season. After spending about $200 at the shop, I went to meet the rest and headed down to east coast park for the celebration. It was a successful and from there did I get hooked to PSP. I'm so going to get it after the cny.

Can't wait to get hold of it... Can somebody sponsor me?=P

Adroit Darlings

hey tooties...

I'm here to update again. Apologies for not updating regularly, probably because I have not been able to sit down and think of what to blog down and maybe have nothing much to talk about. haha..
Anyways, this blog is speially dedicated to my Adroit darlings. As since tomorrow I would not be able to play for the team in the league game against the Pasirians, I hope that all of you would put in your all and win the game. I have faith and confidence in all of you that this game is ours for sure and we have a high chance of succeeding. We can prove ourselves right tomorrow.

First of all, I would like to talk about meiwen. I hope that the flu bug that has been loitering around her these few days to go away and allow her the strength to concentrate during the game. *no worries, I'm sure you will score 1 goal tomorrow*.
Next will be Jacelyn. Likewise, the flu bug has been loitering around her these few days. It's been following her for one week already. Hopefully, this bug would leave her body so that she can rest and prepare well for the game. * no worries, I'm pretty sure you can perform well on court and score a goal*
Coming up next is Duck. You have got a sprained inner knee but Im pretty sure that you are recuperating well. You have also been tempted to play floorball after not being able to play for the past week and you said that you want to play this coming match against Pasirians. I doubt so because they are very rough and inhumane people. hahaha=D * no worries, I'm sure that you will get to play in the other matches. Focus on getting better and you will get to play soon. -recover soon-*
Lastly, this is for all the Adroit Darlings. All of you have been working so hard during trainings and have been improving constantly. I'm sure that tomorrow is your day to show your potential and prove the team right. I have confidence that we will do good in tomorrow's game and redeem ourselves. I may not be there to play physially but i WILL support all of you from where I am=)

* All of you will get a chance to score in tomorrow's game*

hey tooties...

I'm back to update all about my week again. so sorry that I haven been updating constantly and daily because have been too exhausted the moment I get home everyday due to floorball.

Had decided to update about my weekends cos it have been all the way floorball. ONn saturday morning, I had to report to school as swimming ambassadors because we had signed up to help out during the swimming ivp that is being held at our school compounds. Was sitting below at the reporting area, where it would get confused at times when too many people come at the same time and you have to ensure that they stay there or report on time or they will not get to swim in the events. After the ivp, I stayed around in school to help to pack up the stuff and talked abit with sham, iylie, philly and dinee. Were talking about their eyecandies and all and after that had decided to go to tsh to watch the leage matches that are going to be held there. It's enjoyable watching the people play and then duck came over after her fyp and was drenched thoroughly. After a short while, meiwen came with our dinner.

On sunday, we were supposed to meet at 9.30 at boon lay but some were unable to make it. We had our second match against the ntu tempest and lost with a scoreline of 7-2. Unfortunately, our dearest duck got injured in the midst of the game and needed a replacement. We then carried on watching the other matches and saw some stylo-milo caucasian guys playing floorball but we didn't stay for the entire match but left for home.

that's all folks.update soon=)

Dusty Blog!

hey tooties...

Thanks meiwen for reminding me to update my blog. think it's time to update everyone what I have been up to recently. sorry all..it may be a long entry cos its been long since I updated.hehe=]]

The IVP has already started last tuesday and it's our first match against NTU. The match was well played even though we were defeated by 2 goals, we still never gave up hope. The RP Adroits is a very closely and strongly bonded team. Our team may lack of top players or club players but we are a very strong team. We excel as a team but not individually.

The past week was rather packed with floorball as we have floorball like almost the whole week. It may be exhausting but the effort that we put in will eventually prove its worthwhile. Yesterday was a short training conducted by ruyi and it was a useful training. We trained for a mere 2 hours and had to let the guys have the court for their training. Meiwen and I stayed back till their training ended and practised taking shots. Took alot of wrist shots, some drag and slap shots. Pratise makes PERFECT. After that, mr amir required the use of the whole court and so we sat out and did our rj and stuff before we did passing. We then invented our own game of tennis using our floorball sticks. haha..so hilarious.. come to think of it, we can come up with all sorts of games with the equipments available.

Today, we had our first league game against team Titans. We set goals for ourselves and we managed to achieve it. A big Thank You to Debbie and Yati for coaching the team and the rest who came down to support us for the match. Much appreciated. Think if you managed to read till the end of the entry, you are very patient cos it's a long long entry.

Anyways, it's time to sign off cos I have to report to school for the open house tomorrow morning=) *nights all

New Year Day

hey tooties...

It's a brand new year. The brand new year has unfold and we have to accept all that has to come in the new year 2007.

I spent the first day of the year wonderfully outside watching the movie entitled " Night at the Museum" in town and it was just a mere few hours that I can spend out as I have to return home for my dad's birthday dinner. It's so coincidental that my dad's birthday falls on the first day of the year and so had to go home for a family dinner together.

Wells.. Was sitting at my sit pondering upon something when I saw a slight drizzle. Shortly after, I saw the creation of a wonderful rainbow across the blue velvet skies. It was a very beautiful moment. Excited voices , hinting the presence of the rainbow in the skies, clicking sounds from the various cameras to picture down the beautiful sight and creation of the rainbow across the skies. It all happened in a short moment. Everyone sounded so excited and as if it's their first time seeing a full rainbow forming.

That was a wonderful moment of the day.

that's all folks.
